Benjamin Oldenburg

I have a broad background in the population served with my nursing degree. I've worked in a nursing home with frail elderly, on a General Medical Unit in an acute care setting, and 6 years as a Nurse Care Manager in the community for a long-term care program serving individuals who qualify as frail elderly, developmentally disabled or physically disabled. This exposure has led to me functional nursing to learn more about supporting individuals in a different way, rather than the traditional disease management approach which has proven to be ineffective at improving health outcomes.
