The Institute for Functional Nursing™ (IFN) is a pioneering educational hub designed to empower nurses with the tools, training, and community to transform healthcare from the inside out. Led by Brigitte Sager, DNP, IFMCP, and in partnership with the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM), IFN bridges the gap between conventional nursing and root-cause, whole-person care. We exist for nurses who know there’s a better way—those ready to move beyond symptom management and step into leadership as healers, educators, and changemakers. Through evidence-based education, holistic frameworks, and nurse-specific programming, we support RNs and NPs in building sustainable, fulfilling practices rooted in purpose and aligned with the future of healthcare. Together, we’re creating a new standard—one nurse at a time.
