She holds both a Bachelor's and Master's of Science in Nursing from Columbia University and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from Duke University. She is certified through the Institute for Functional Medicine and trained in functional genomics through The DNA Company.
With nearly two decades of clinical experience, Dr. Jamie has worked in both primary care and advanced functional medicine settings, including several leading integrative practices in New York City, such as Parsley Health and Pedre Integrative Health. Her work focuses on helping clients restore energy, balance hormones, and heal from chronic stress through a personalized, lifestyle-based approach to care.
In addition to her clinical training, Dr. Jamie is certified in psychedelic-assisted therapies through Naropa University and MAPS. This training deepens her work with the nervous system and the mind-body connection, allowing her to support both physiological and emotional healing. Her approach integrates lab-based insights with a clear understanding of how stress, trauma, and mindset influence health outcomes.
A former endurance athlete turned competitive powerlifter, Dr. Jamie brings a unique perspective on resilience and recovery. She combines strategic lab testing, hormone support, and nervous system regulation to guide clients toward sustainable, whole-body healing.
