About:
Brandie Joyce Trigger is a Registered Nurse and Board-Certified Nurse Coach specializing in integrative women’s health, nutrition, and trauma-informed lifestyle medicine. With dual bachelor’s degrees in Nutrition and Nursing, Brandie brings more than two decades of practice together with advanced training in holistic health, somatic practices, and mind-body therapies.
She is the founder of Well Woman Co., a virtual and local practice serving women in their 30s–60s seeking sustainable healing from fatigue, inflammation, hormonal shifts, chronic stress, and the long-term impacts of trauma or difficult life transitions. Through her signature Well Woman Coaching Process™, a cyclical framework grounded in clarity, visioning, accountability, and embodiment, Brandie helps women reconnect with personal truth, well-being, and self-leadership.
Brandie’s work integrates nutrition, nervous-system regulation, breathwork, sound healing, trauma-informed coaching, and holistic bodywork modalities including neuromuscular therapy, connective tissue massage, craniosacral therapy, and prenatal/pediatric bodywork. Her approach bridges conventional nursing with evidence-based integrative care, offering a compassionate, practical path toward whole-person wellness.
In addition to her private practice, Brandie partners with local healthcare providers, including OB/GYNs and midwives, to expand access to lifestyle-based support for women navigating pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and other key transitions. She also mentors emerging nurse coaches, facilitates women’s healing groups, and develops community-based wellness programs.
Brandie is committed to advancing innovative, patient-centered models of care that honor the complexity of women’s health. Her mission is to help women reclaim their well-being one cycle at a time, and to support nurses in bringing functional, integrative, and holistic care into every layer of the healthcare system.
