Erin M. Eickhoff

Erin M. Eickhoff, DNP, RN, PHN, PMHNP began her healthcare career as a Navy Corpsman, EMT, and laboratory technician. As the first US Navy-trained Doctor of Nursing Practice, she brings over three decades of diverse clinical expertise including mental health and addiction, emergency and surgical care, combat wounded warrior care, aesthetics, operational systems, evidence-based practices, and whole-person wellness models.

A published author and accomplished clinician, Erin holds certificates in Functional Nursing from INCA / IFN, with ongoing fellowship training toward FMACP credentials currently with the FMA. She is Alma Hybrid Co2 laser trained and working toward Peptide certification through SSRP & ZO® Skin Health credentialing. Passionate about helping others reach their health and wellness goals, Erin combines advanced clinical training with compassionate, individualized care listening deeply and guiding patients toward sustainable, positive change.
