I'm an RN who's passionate about helping people get to the root cause of their health. concerns instead of symptom management. My experience in pediatric critical care has shown me the value of evidence-based medicine, while also inspiriting me to focus on prevention and whole body wellness. As a Christian, I believe our bodies are a gift from God and that bring for them is an act of faithful stewardship. I'm passionate about helping others support their health through nourishing food, movement, restorative sleep, and sustainable lifestyle habits. My hope is to coach, educate, encourage, and equip people with practical tools so they can thrive and live with greater purpose.
