Nazlee Arain

My name is Nazlee but most of my clients know me as Nurse Naz. I am a Registered Nurse with a Master's in Nursing Science, nearly 20 years of clinical experience, an aesthetic nurse, functional wellness practitioner, pediatric nurse and lactation consultant based in Orange County, California. I am the founder of The Glo Lab, a dual-lane aesthetics and wellness practice, and Latched Lactation Consulting, where I support postpartum mothers through one of the most vulnerable seasons of their lives.

My path to this work was personal.

After having my children I found myself navigating what so many of my clients describe — extreme fatigue, a hypothyroidism diagnosis, and the overwhelming reality of trying to care for everyone else while quietly falling apart inside. I was a nurse. I knew the system. And even I felt lost in it.

That experience changed how I practice.

I didn't want to just treat the surface. I wanted to use integrative and functional medicine to help women achieve their health goals in the middle of their real, busy lives. At The Glo Lab I combine aesthetic treatments that restore confidence with functional wellness coaching that addresses root causes. My health coaching focuses specifically on gut health and postpartum hormonal balance — two areas that are deeply connected and chronically overlooked.
