Nicole Vienneau

Nicole Vienneau, MSN, RN, NC-BC is a nurse leader, movement advocate, and holistic wellness visionary who believes healing happens when people feel connected; to themselves, to their bodies, and to each other. With over 30 years of nursing experience and a Master’s degree in Nursing Systems Leadership and Education, she brings together clinical wisdom, fitness expertise, and integrative healing to help women move through midlife with strength, confidence, and ease.
After years as an ICU nurse, Nicole experienced burnout and began searching for a more sustainable and heart-centered way to support wellbeing. A lifelong fitness professional and retired Reebok-sponsored athlete, she understands the power of movement to restore resilience and vitality. Her background as a classically trained violinist deepened her connection to the healing qualities of sound and vibration, leading her into sound healing, Crystal Tones® singing bowls, drumming rituals, and Reiki energy work.
These experiences shaped her vision for Restoration Room, PLLC, a welcoming, community-centered space in Tucson, AZ, where holistic providers share their gifts and women gather to move, learn, heal, and grow. Through fitness, sound healing, meditation, coaching, and meaningful connection, Nicole creates experiences that help people slow down, reconnect, and rediscover their own inner strength.
Known for her warm, uplifting presence, Nicole guides others toward balance, joy, and restoration, reminding them that wholeness is not something to chase, but something we return to together, again and again.
