About:
I’m Sommer Davis, BSN, RN , NC-BC, a registered nurse with 24 years of experience in high risk perinatal services and a board-certified Nurse Coach. I’m currently completing my Functional Nurse certification through the Institute for Functional Nursing.
After many years in traditional nursing, I’ve become increasingly drawn to a whole-person approach to health—looking beyond individual symptoms and taking the time to understand the bigger picture of a person’s health and life.
My interests include women’s health, perimenopause and menopause, gut and metabolic health, sleep, stress, and nervous system regulation. I especially enjoy helping people make sense of overwhelming health information and turn it into realistic, sustainable changes.
I’m currently building Sylvan Waters Wellness & Healing Arts, where functional nurse coaching will be at the heart of my practice.
